Year 4

Elizabeth Freeman

In Year 4 we have been learning all about Black History Month and why is it celebrated. 

We looked at a lady called Elizabeth Freeman, learning how crucial she was to the abolishment of slavery in the USA.

The children created posters highlighting the key parts of her story.
