We independently wrote simple sentences about what we did to make the smoothies and are going to put our work in our class recipe book!
We drank our smoothies in the sunshine!
After trying all of the fruits in the story Handa’s Surprise we decided that the mango was our favourite and bananas and oranges were a close second. Miss Tyrer suggested we could make fruit smoothies. So we practised squeezing, chopping and peeling the fruit.
