This week we have been learning about Judaism. We have learnt about the special holiday Hanukkah. We have thought about our favourite days of the week and made a chart with all of the lovely things we do such as swimming, football and walking the dog. We looked at a very special candle called a menorah and tried to make one using play dough. The children made some beautiful Hanukkah cards and played a Jewish game with a dreidel.

In our first Come and See topic we been learning that each and every one of us has a special name. We have played name games and spent some time learning how to read and write our special name.
We made our special handprints to help us remember that we are all special and unique.
