We have been learning how to take care of our teeth. We have been using the big teeth and a toothbrush to make sure we know how to brush our teeth properly. We know that we need to brush our teeth for 2 minutes twice a day. We have been learning what helps to keep our teeth healthy and strong such as calcium which can be food in dairy products such as milk.
This year we celebrated Children’s Mental Health Week and the theme “growing together” by getting in the outdoors and planting some seeds that we can watch grow and we can take care of. We learnt about our brain and how it grows by reading a book called My Fantastic Elastic Brain. We also practised 5 finger breathing to help us regulate when we feel big feelings.
