The children have been doubling fruit on plates, pencils, PE equipment in hoops and Numicon shapes to help deepen their understanding of numbers. 🍎✏️🏃♀️🔢
We are so proud of how confident the children are becoming at quickly doubling numbers to 5 using their fingers, and many are now successfully doubling numbers from 6–10 using equipment to support their learning. Well done, Reception! 🌟👏 6 Likes
There was so much joy, creativity and teamwork as the children built dens, made nature crowns and explored the outdoors together. From problem-solving to imaginative play, every activity encouraged confidence, curiosity and lots of smiles! 😊🍃
We loved seeing the children working together, getting muddy, being adventurous and making special memories in nature. Look at those happy faces! 💚 8 Likes
We are holding our St Bede’s Summer Fair on Friday 19 June from 3:15pm.
If anyone would like to hold a stall at this event, spaces are available for £20 per stall.
