The children did brilliantly and showed fantastic determination throughout the races. A special mention goes to Rio, who somehow managed to lose his shoe on the first lap — but didn’t let that stop him! He impressively completed the next lap wearing just one shoe! We also want to celebrate Jasmine, who achieved an amazing first place in the girls’ race — what a fantastic accomplishment!
Overall, the team represented St Bede's exceptionally well, demonstrating resilience, teamwork and great sportsmanship.
