We started by warming up our bodies, then moved into some fun yoga poses inspired by the ocean: dolphin, jellyfish, shark, sea turtle, and boat. These poses helped us stretch, balance, and feel strong.
To finish, we practised candle breathing, pretending to gently blow out a candle with each breath. It was a peaceful way to calm our minds and remember to show respect through our actions and thoughts. 14 Likes

Bingo booklets are available to purchase in advance on ParentPay. We recommend buying early so you’re ready to play on the day.
