The Reception Baseline Assessment is a short interactive, practical assessment of your child's early literacy, communication and language and maths skill when they begin school.It will be undertake by a member of the Reception team and will be used to measure your child's progress from Reception to Year 6.
The results will be shared with school, the teachers and you as parents and the data will only be accessed by the Department of Education. when your child reaches Year 6, you will be able to see the progress your child has made throughout their school journey.
