We have been finding out about the artist - Patrick Heron. He created a horizon using warm and cool colours.
We have created a horizon in the style of Peter Heron warm fours -sky. Cool colours. -sea
The warm colours are the sky and cool colours- sea.The yellow is the horizon.

Today we took different drawing tools for a walk.
We used charcoal, pastels, metallics and 2b pencils.
Everyone enjoyed this activity.
Some of us ended up covered in charcoal.
