PSHE

As the first half term drew to a close, we had a visit from Harold, Kiki and Derek from the Life Bus. The title of our session was “It’s good to be me!” We talked about how cool it is to be unique and learnt how sometimes we should compromise in order to maintain a healthy friendship with our peers. We also discussed why alcohol and smoking are banned from the theme park that Harold and his friends visited. We thought about the negative effect these substances have on our bodies.

At the beginning of the year, Year 4 worked together to decide what they would like their class charter to say. They began by thinking about their rights as children and responsibilities as learners.
