History
We have started our World War 2 topic. In this lesson, we listened to the sounds of war and took part in our own air raid siren response drill. The children then thought about how the war started - the reasons why Hitler rose to power and why Britain had to eventually declare war.
In this lesson, we explored important events in British History that we have studied in Key Stage 2. We could remember quite a lot from previous topics such as The Romans and The Vikings.
Then we make a different timeline, on a different scale to plot the main events of World War 2.
