Design Technology

This half term we have been busy developing our sewing skills. Our design brief was to create a bag that an evacuee could use during WW2. Firstly, we evaluated a range of different bags, focusing on: materials used: purpose: audience and aesthetic appeal. 

We then practised a range of stitches, fastenings and embellishments before deciding on our own design.
