Today in Year 4 we had a visit from the life bus. The children discussed the different parts of our body and what we need to stay happy and healthy.
In our new topic Money and Work, we're learning about budgeting. The children were given scenarios including income and outgoings and had to budget for the wants and needs for each month.
Today we looked at reasons why we need to keep track of what we spend by going on a shopping trip and checking our receipts from the shop keeper to ensure they kept to their budget and no mistakes were made.
