Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Now try writing a simple version of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. You can use the word mat to help you spell some of the keywords. For other words, try to sound them out using your phonics and write the sounds that you can hear. Please upload a picture of your work to 2simple evidence me so I can see.

*PARENTS*  The length your child writes will depend up on individual abilities, stamina and skill. Some children may want to write one or two sentences other children might be very motivated and wish to write more. I am NOT expecting to see pages and pages of writing. A couple of sentences is fine. Let your child choose which parts they write. They might write something along the lines of: 'Goldilocks went into the bears house. She ate the porridge. She ran away.' or 'The porridge was too hot. Goldilocks fell asleep. The bears came back.' Please remember that the words do not have to be spelt correctly. Encourage your child to sound out the word and write the sounds they can hear.  For example, for the word 'bear' your child might write 'ber' or for porridge they might write 'porij'/ This is fine and what I expect to see. Words do not have to be spelt correctly.
