Descriptive writing based on the short film clip called Something fishy.
Year 4 enjoying one of their regular visits to the local library.
We paid a visit to Cuerden Valley Part to secure our learning about rivers and water cycle. When we returned to school, we wrote a recount of our trip and an informal letter to one of our friends or family to tell them what a good time we had.
Our first unit of work this half term will be based upon the short film 'The Three Little Pigs'. The children will be learning how to write a newspaper report about the turn of events.
