Our topic this term is 'Story telling through drawing'.
This week the children used charcoal to draw images of toys inspired by the poem Mischievous Toys.
This week in Art the children began to plan a Poetry Comic based off a chosen poem.
Today the children completed their Poetry Comic, using sketching pencils watercolours.
The children all took inspiration from each stanza of the chosen poem, each creating a unique piece.
Our final Art lesson of the half term focused on displaying our final pieces, reflecting on the outcome and providing feedback to ourselves and our peers.
The children did an amazing job and were all really proud of their work and gave great feedback.
