Help and Support
Need Someone to Talk To?
Sometimes we all need a little extra help.
If you are worried, feeling sad, anxious, lonely, upset or unsafe, there are people who can help. You can always talk to a trusted adult at school, such as your teacher, the Designated Safeguarding Lead, or another adult you trust.
You can also find support from the organisations below. They are safe, trusted services that listen to children and young people and help them get the support they need.
Remember: You are never alone and it is always okay to ask for help.
